Boxerwood carries out its mission with the help of countless woodland plants and animals, various natural elements, the generosity of donors, a host of volunteers, and a team of skilled and dedicated employees.

 

As is perhaps fitting for an organization arising from and for a thriving ecosystem, Boxerwood folks fulfill a variety of roles, employing skills and talents as wide-ranging as accounting, carpentry, composting, teaching, writing, gardening, puppetry, grants management, story-telling, and horticulture.

 

In total, the activities of Boxerwood Education Association are annually sustained by more than 80 volunteers (including our board of directors), a constellation of part-time staff members, and two full-time employees. Thank you all.
