The meadow is the perfect place for those of us who like to run
and frolic, uninhibited in the warm sun and soft breeze. Delicious grasses
make it a favorite grazing place for deer and rabbits, as well as numerous
different species of birds. Look all around you for an amazing panoramic
view of the Blue Ridge and a peek down at the quaint little town of
Lexington. The meadow is a wonderful spot to have a picnic or take a
look at the incredible night sky and thousands of stars. Those of us who
live here would be glad to share our home, so grab a blanket and come on up!
Now you understand why they're called the Blue Ridge!
